You’re all set.

Thank you for making space to slow down, listen, and pay attention to what is happening in your life and within you.

Whatever brings you to our time together—change, questions, longing, uncertainty, healing, or simply a desire to notice God more deeply—you don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.

Just come as you are.

You’ll receive an email with the details for your session, including everything you need to connect with me.

There’s nothing special you need to prepare. But if you’d like, take a few quiet moments before we meet and consider:

What feels most important for me to bring into this space today?

You might notice a question, an emotion, a place where you feel stuck, something you’re grateful for, or a quiet nudge you haven’t had time to pay attention to.

Or you may notice nothing at all.

That’s okay, too.

A Note About Payment

I never want finances to keep you from receiving the support you need. I also believe the space we create together is valuable and worth investing in.

Most clients pay $70–$100 per session. Rather than setting one required rate, I invite you to prayerfully choose an amount that feels both meaningful and sustainable for you. If we meet more frequently or finances are a concern, please talk with me. I’d much rather have a conversation than have finances keep you from receiving support.

Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal, Zelle (use the email tarawileylifecoach@gmail.com as the recipient), or cash, and is requested before or at the time of your appointment. If you need another way to pay, just let me know.

Between now and our time together, simply notice.

Notice what gives you life.
Notice what feels heavy.
Notice what keeps returning to your thoughts.
Notice the places where God seems near—or strangely quiet.

You don’t have to do anything with what you notice.

Just pay attention.

Sometimes becoming brighter begins there.

I look forward to listening for God with you.

Tara
